Lilea Heine is the Community Programs Coordinator for First 5 Napa County. Prior to joining the First 5 Napa County team, Lilea worked as a Child Development Teacher and Site Supervisor with the Napa County Office of Education.

In her role with First 5 Napa County, Lilea coordinates community program initiatives including Anti-Racist Parenting efforts and Rainbow Action Network initiatives. Lilea has assisted in the development of new products and programs such as Caja Arcoiris, a Spanish language Rainbow Kit, and Rainbow Storytimes and activity plans that support caregivers in normalizing the discussion of activism, justice, diversity, and inclusion with their children.

Outside the office, Lilea continues to work with the Napa County community. She is the Co-Founder of the Napa County Seed Library a grassroots group committed to collecting, saving, and sharing seeds in Napa County to promote food sustainability and biodiversity in our local community. Lilea is also the administrator for Buy Nothing Napa, a hyperlocal gifting economy focused on sustainably diverting goods from our landfills by putting them back into reuse in our community.

She and her husband have two children, two rescue bunnies, and made Napa home in 2008.
